Home Care We provide personal care and support in the comfort of your home. Our service is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, all year round. We undertake best endeavour to assign the same Support Worker to look after service user on a regular basis, with a back up person to cover for planned and unplanned absences. We are approved providers for Kent Adult Social Services. Home Care   Care after hospital discharge We provide enhanced care for people with high individual support needs. This includes people who have Dementia, Alzheimer's, Stroke, Parkinson's and terminal illness. We will work with health and social care staff to ensure that you receive the care and support that is right for you. We also offer live-in care as a viable alternative to Residential Homes, enabling service users to maintain independence and remain in their own homes. Live-in Care   Nursing Services Whether you are looking for nursing care or staff, Touché Services offer a range of highly qualified, competent and experienced professionals. We have been awarded a position on the new NHS framework agreement for nursing. Booking Form Nursing at Home: We can provide post operative care following elective or major surgery, for people who have been discharged from hospital; helping to ease the transition to being back at home. Nursing staff supply: We cover a wide range of general nursing skills and can support organisations like NHS Acute Hospitals, Primary Care Trusts, Residential & Nursing Homes, GP Surgeries, Schools and other Institutions.
